For twenty-five years Macade has been the sole authorised distributor in Scotland for Cascade Corporation, the world's leading designer and manufacturer of hydraulic attachments for lift trucks, and, in 1996, added Northern Ireland to the company’s area of operation.

Working in conjunction with lift truck manufacturers and their associated sales and service support organisations, Macade has been involved in many major materials handling projects and applications over this period, with hundreds of Cascade units currently operating in all types of industry, including whisky (manufacture and distribution), paper manufacture, warehousing, engineering and many others.

From the company’s base in Bellshill, comprehensive parts and service support is provided, together with clamps for short or long time rental.

In addition to the Cascade range, Macade are also able to provide many ancillary products such as replacement forks, on board weighing systems, scissor grabs, industrial traction batteries, chargers and a complete range of mechanical attachments.
